Club Success Plan
It isn’t enough for us to just set our goals. We have also developed a plan to achieve them, and will monitor our progress on the execution of this plan throughout the year. Below is a list of committments we have from members toward the achievement of the awards necessary for the Dyehard Toastmasters to achieve its goals of being recognized as a President’s Distinguished Club.
Goals 1 & 2
To achieve both of these goals, we need a total of four members to earn their Competent Communicator awards.
We have commitments from the following members that they will achieve their Competent Communicator award.

Goals 3 & 4
To achieve both of these goals, we need a total of two members to earn either their Advanced Communitor Bronze, Advanced Commnicator Silver, or Advanced Communicator Gold awards.
We have committments from the following members that they will achieve this award:
1) Mike Keever -
2) Bert Freeman – Advanced Communicator Bronze - Est. Aug. 2009
Extra) Chad Bordeaux – Advanced Communicator Bronze – Est. October 2009
Extra) Bill Szatsmary – Advanced Communicator Silver
Goal 5 & 6
To achieve both of these goals, we need a total of two members to earn either their Competent Leadership, Advanced Leader Bronze, Advanced Leader Silver, or their Distinguished Toastmaster awards.
We have commitments from the following members toward this goal:
1) Chad Bordeaux – Advanced Leader Bronze, Estimated October 2009
2) Ken Levra – Distinguished Toastmaster – Estimated 2009

Goals 7 & 8
We need to get four new, dual, or reinstated members for each of the goals - a total of eight to achieve both of them.
We have gained the following members thus far.

Goal 9
Minimum of four club officers trained during each of the two training periods.
We have completed the training for the first training period successfully. We will need to make sure that we get four officers trained during the next period.
Goal 10
One membership dues renewal report and one club officer list submitted on time.
Membership Requirement
We need a net gain of five members for the fiscal year. Currently, we have achieved a net gain of two members (through August 4th).
